Gold Awards Flashback: Doctors Without Borders
As the countdown for the NonProfit PRO Gold Awards deadline continues to run, take a break for second from prepping your submissions and look at a winner from 2007 by Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF).
The “World Map” acquisition package, entered by L.W. Robbins Associates (now RobbinsKersten Direct), includes a folded world map that measures 21 inches by 32.25 inches when opened. The map and other elements of the package show where and how MSF’s mission is having a worldwide impact.
Despite a package cost that’s a little on the high side, MSF reported an average gift of $69.88. Indeed, this mailing was a powerhouse Grand Control in its original form for more than four years.
You can read much more about the 2007 Acquisition (50,000 Mailed and More) here.
