Each year, NonProfit PRO honors some the best fundraising campaigns of the past year with the Gold Awards for Fundraising Excellence.

The awards change a little each year based on observations made the previous year, but each year the awards focus on fundraising campaigns and their creative. The categories for 2016 are:

• Direct Mail

• Multichannel

• Email

• Renewal

• Sustainer/Monthly Giving

• Peer-to-Peer (campaigns centered on P2P fundraising)

• Special Event

• Telemarketing

• Social-Media Mastery

• Website

• On the Edge

In order for a campaign to be eligible, it must have taken place in the prior year. The 2016 Gold Awards will honor campaigns completed between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2015, with the winners announced in the November/December issue. You can view past winners here.

You can submit your nominations throughout the year, with the deadline for the year’s awards in late summer. There is a $125 entry fee for the first entry from a company and/or nonprofit organization, and each additional entry costs $75 apiece.

Each entry must be submitted individually and be accompanied by its own entry form and check. Please submit two copies of each entry. Note: All forms must now also be completed electronically. (See below for online form.)
