As every fundraiser knows, peer-to-peer fundraising is all the rage, both for events and other types of fundraising campaigns. With the advent of social media, peer-to-peer fundraising has only gotten easier and more robust.
With that in mind, FundRaising Success is launching a brand-new event, Engage P2P: Redefining Peer-to-Peer, which will be held Oct. 21 in Washington, D.C. And while our conference will focus on a more holistic view of P2P fundraising beyond the run/walk/ride special events, we all know that P2P fundraising really got its bearings with these types of events. Thus, it's a great place to start to look at the power of peer-to-peer fundraising.
Social fundraising provider RallyBound recently released this handy infographic of the "Top 10 Single Largest Nonprofit Fundraising Events," all of which include peer-to-peer fundraising. The list is based on the total fundraising results from 2013 for each event.
