Reeher, RuffaloCODY Partner to Improve University Annual-Fund Management
Press release (Aug. 22, 2012) — Reeher LLC has partnered with Iowa-based strategic fundraising firm RuffaloCODY to deliver a comprehensive annual-fund management solution designed to improve fundraising performance. The exclusive agreement gives colleges and universities unparalleled opportunities to more effectively engage, steward and communicate with alumni by letting advancement teams manage a wide variety of fundraising channels — including phone, direct mail, e-mail and social media — that can be fully integrated into the Reeher Platform.
The joint sales and marketing agreement allows higher-education annual-giving leaders to benefit from RuffaloCODY’s ability to manage multiple fundraising channels while giving them access to the Reeher Platform, which provides the tools to evaluate and coordinate those tactics to improve performance. Institutions will have better visibility to current and historical performance, and that data will help them make more informed decisions on targeted communication tracks, appropriate communication channels and resource allocation.
“With this partnership we are uniquely positioned to help institutions improve their fundraising performance in a manner not previously possible,” says Duane Jasper, RuffaloCODY president. “Our client institutions will have timely access to performance data and the ability to engage the constituents with a more effective and meaningful communication plan. RuffaloCODY works collaboratively with more than 600 institutions of higher learning in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, and we envision that this partnership will be beneficial to each of these institutions.”
“RuffaloCODY is the market leader in the services they provide. We are delighted that they have chosen the Reeher Platform to help them drive even more value in their relationships with their customers,” says Andy Reeher, Reeher LLC president. “Our customers tell us they’re looking for solutions to reduce the amount of resources they spend on uncoordinated tactics. With this agreement, university annual-giving teams will be able to coordinate tactics using the RuffaloCODY management and service delivery model while benefiting from the Reeher Platform’s predictive models, performance management tools, training and support.”
