"Kimberly really responds to texts, but Mark has let us know that texts aren't the best way to reach him, so we still have targeted email to reach out to you though — or even the direct response plan because we do have a lot of supporters that still respond to direct mail,” Crystal Schanette, director of data services at SOME, said. “So it's great because we are able to use all those channels and really meet people where they are."
