What Are Your Fundraising Resolutions for 2011?

Well, here we are almost two weeks into the new year, and I can honestly say that I have adhered diligently to every one of my New Year's resolutions for 2011.

Probably only because I didn't make any.

But I'm wondering if you did. Care to share? Let me know what resolutions you made for your organization in terms of fundraising and donor relationships, etc. How did you determine what they should be? What steps are you taking to live up to them?
