Reeher Fundraising Platform Release Provides Faster, Convenient Access to Deeper Analytics for Colleges and Universities
(Press release, Feb. 9, 2015) — Donor and prospect data is imperative to college and university advancement professionals, as key insights inform strategies and opportunities, while paving the way to meet and exceed fundraising goals. However, the wealth of information available is often overwhelming for time-strapped advancement professionals. Reeher, developer of a powerful shared management platform for higher education fundraising, understands that data is only as effective as the ability to quickly access needed information. That's why Reeher has redesigned elements of the Reeher Platform, incorporating key analytics features from its popular Targeter tool into performance dashboards called Viewports. The suite of easy-to-use tools provides front-line fundraisers with features that improve their productivity and make it easier to target their time.
"We are in tune with what busy higher ed fundraising professionals need. They want to spend less time searching for key information and more time applying key insights, and we're dedicated to continually improving the Reeher Platform to ensure faster, easier and deeper access to critical analytics," said Reeher President and CEO Andrew Reeher. "We have pioneered tools to support fundraisers, and now have extended them to the Viewports performance dashboards, providing the most relevant data quickly and more intuitively to aid users in making thoughtful, strategic decisions on the go."
Most Relevant Data — Just a Click Away
In this latest release of the Platform, Reeher has refreshed the look and feel of its Viewports dashboards, which are visual, curated graphs and charts of data that non-Reeher users can typically only get with the help of a database specialist. New Drill Down Analytics also give the redesigned Viewports expanded data and analytics capabilities and provides users click-through access to deeper insights from each chart or graph. Users can click through the graphs or tables to see the data in powerful ways that help to reveal the underlying story behind each trend. Examples include a map view to help users understand geographic distributions, and a cross tab view that allows users to see data in a matrix format across two variables. These updates allow users to easily spot trends, identify appropriate actions and also share insights with members of their team by exporting graphs as PDFs, images or Excel tables.
