(Press release, Oct. 22, 2014) — Agilon LLC and DonorSearch, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Marriottsville, Maryland, announced their strategic partnership at the Association for Advancement Services Professionals Conference to integrate DonorSearch's philanthropic research and screening services into Agilon's donor management CRM system.
The new partnership combines the constituent relationship management (CRM) and nonprofit fundraising campaign expertise of Agilon with the robust knowledge of DonorSearch's proprietary philanthropic and wealth analytics to help nonprofits formulate donor strategic plans and ask amounts.
To kick off the new service, Agilon and DonorSearch will host a Web seminar to demonstrate the benefits of the integrated service and its impact on donor research. Agilon clients will then be able to try DonorSearch on a sample of their data before committing to the integrated service.
"We are excited to integrate our services with Agilon, so their clients can benefit from our philanthropy-focused approach to prospect research. The alliance of our two companies with such vast experience serving nonprofits will result in improved fundraising efforts and mission effectiveness for Agilon users" said Bill Tedesco, CEO of DonorSearch.
"DonorSearch provides key information on donor profiles that is unique in our industry," said David Best, president and CEO of Agilon. "By combining this rich content with Agilon's constituent profiles, our clients can better tailor their fundraising strategies based on donor interests with less time and effort."
