Sept. 20, 2011 — Today, donor relationship management company DonorVoice released the executive summary of its First Annual Donor Commitment Report: Answering the question of how strong your donor relationships are and why it matters.
DonorVoice conducted an online, nationally representative survey among 1,200 recent (last 12 months), frequent (more than two gifts to caused-based charities) donors. The survey responses were collected from July 24 to Aug. 1. DonorVoice also conducted a separate online survey using e-mail addresses supplied by participating organizations — e-mail addresses for whom the organizations also had transaction history. The responses were gathered from Aug. 20 to Sept. 10.
