
Unless you've been living under a rock, you've undoubtedly heard about the ALS Association Ice Bucket Challenge campaign that is taking the world by storm.
The premise is simple: If you’re challenged, you have two choices — douse yourself and donate $10 to the ALS Association or just flat-out donate $100 to the organization.
No one could have predicted the viral nature of the challenge or the runaway success for the ALS Association. As of last night, the Ice Bucket Challenge alone has brought in nearly $23 million and counting for the ALS Association, an astounding number.
Never one to miss out on the fun, FundRaising Success accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge from DonorPro Nonprofit Fundraising Solutions, and yesterday, the FundRaising Success team, including sister brand Target Marketing, completed the challenge and made a donation, which you can view below.

Not only was this great fun for a great cause, but it also was part of peer-to-peer fundraising as its finest. The Ice Bucket Challenge is a perfect example of just how powerful peer-to-peer fundraising can be, and it's exactly why we've launched our new conference, Engage P2P: Redefining Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.
