Three LEI faculty members at the Philadelphia training, Pascal Dennis, Mark Graban, and Drew Locher, have won Shingo Research Prizes for their books on lean management. Dennis won for Getting the Right Things Done, Graban for Lean Hospitals, and Locher for The Complete Lean Enterprise: value-stream mapping for administrative and office processes.
