Community Brands Acquires Global Event Tech Company
Community Brands, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for associations, nonprofits, schools and faith-based organizations, recently announced that they have acquired Expo Logic, a global event technology company. This acquisition strengthens Community Brands' event management suite—which currently includes event registration, mobile event fundraising and conference content video capture—according to a company press release.
With Expo Logic's event and online registration, attendee tracking and lead retrieval solutions, and Community Brands' membership management platform, the two will give customers integrated solutions that will enhance event experiences.
