Blackbaud Unveils AI Updates and Integrations in its Impact Edge CSR Reporting Tool

Blackbaud, a provider of AI for social impact, announced updates for Blackbaud Impact Edge, its AI-powered social impact data reporting and storytelling solution for companies of all sizes leveraging Blackbaud's YourCause CSR platform. These updates are delivering AI capabilities, enhanced analytics and measurement, and data insights to help companies track and report on the impact of their employee giving, volunteering and grantmaking programs through a centralized dashboard.

Earlier this year, Blackbaud announced an integration with True Impact to bring predictive, outcome-based impact data into Impact Edge, providing companies with real-time insights on how their CSR initiatives impact society. This integration is now live, and with it, Impact Edge will now feature a new Charity Discovery Tool, powered in part by Candid, a source of nonprofit data in the social sector. With this complimentary, interactive dashboard, CSR professionals can streamline nonprofit research by surfacing detailed charity profiles, program data and impact metrics, all in one view.
