The 2022 Donor-Advised Fund Report details growth in all key DAF metrics for the 12th consecutive year.  The new report also reveals DAF grantmaking to charities around the world grew 60% compared to pre-pandemic 2019 and increased 400% over the past decade.

A new report from National Philanthropic Trust (NPT), details noncash assets accounted for more than half of contributions to DAFs.

The largest donor-advised fund announced its grantmaking increased 11% in the first half of 2022. With $4.8 billion already given through June of this year, Fidelity Charitable is on pace to surpass $11 million in grants this year. The rise comes after a record $10.3 billion for the grantmaker in 2021.
