Adam R. Young

Adam R. Young is a tax controversy partner at Fox Rothschild LLP.  As a former IRS chief counsel attorney, he helps taxpayers navigate and resolve IRS audits and IRS appeals.  When necessary, he represents taxpayers in U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court and U.S. Courts of Appeals against the IRS and Department of Justice. He also presents on IRS enforcement priorities, conservation easements and tax legislative updates.
