VFW Launches New Customized Modeling Program
VFW now offers two approaches to custom models: a Mailed Regression and Good
Customer Match. These sophisticated models help mailers eliminate non-responsive
markets and identify their best prospects to increase response rates.
Mailed Regression: This model requires mailing a quantity of VFW names considerable enough to provide a minimum of 1,000 responses. The resulting responders are then analyzed against VFW's data to build the mailed regression model.
Good Customer Match: The Mailer identifies and provides "good customers" from their own database and we match them against the VFW universe to identify donors with similar characteristics.

non-member list already performs exceptionally well with over 400 mailers using the file annually. The new models provide a unique opportunity to drive increased response rates by dictating exactly how mailers should use the file.”
