FS: What advice would you offer to organizations planning a large capital campaign like UCSD’s?
RN: From the outset it is important to take stock of your assets realistically; leverage your assets strategically; have policies, procedures and infrastructure firmly in place; and use your resources in a strategic and thoughtful manner.
