Paisley Demby has dedicated his life to serving the underserved for the past 15 years. For the past seven years, he has been marketing and recruiting small business owners to apply for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program offered at LaGuardia Community College. Demby is also the founder of the Queens Business Plan Competition and the New York StartUp! Business Plan Competition. In these events, he trains over 500 entrepreneurs and provides them with tools, the mindset and the inspiration to create their business plans. The New York StartUp! “Entrants to the competition often speak of Paisley as an inspirational and motivational speaker that provides practical hands-on advice that drives results,” K.D. Wilson said. “I personally recommend him because he is passionate about what he does.”
