Looking Back: Through Kinder Eyes (December 2010)

In December 2010, I was moved by a YouTube video that brought to life the oft-quoted, "Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle." I wrote this column, "Through Kinder Eyes," to highlight it.
