FrontStream Creates Big Opportunities for Charities and Corporate Philanthropists
This integration is an expansion of existing CSR programs. Better CSR Insight
Businesses are continually looking for creative new ways to engage their employee populations and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs are one way that is being achieved. Most large-scale CSR programs are established at the corporate level and the intricacies of these programs are being managed by CSR teams that often have limited insight into the charitable contributions of their workforce outside of the workplace.
Now that peer-to-peer, fundraising pages have been incorporated into the FrontStream Workplace Philanthropy interface, companies can amplify, tailor, and measure their CSR impacts and CSR team will have potential for more impact than ever before.
To help track and quantify this impact, FrontStream’s Campaign Management tool grants administrators visibility into detailed employee fundraising data from FirstGiving. Campaign Management administrators can gain insight on employees who have created fundraising pages and segment this data by locale, donation amount, causes impacted, etc. These statistics can then be used in internal and external corporate fundraising reports and impact analyses that determine the effectiveness of these programs.
Further, integrated donor data provides employers insight into the activities of their employees outside of the workplace and helps to craft a more robust engagement program that is reflective of the sentiments of the employee population.

Nonprofits now have another channel to build community engagement around their causes. Every registered, tax exempt nonprofit in the U.S. and Canada is automatically included in FirstGiving’s charity database and thousands of nonprofit organizations benefit directly from the fundraising efforts of supporters through the FirstGiving platform. Now that this functionality is open to a community of donors that are connected through workplace giving, nonprofits have the ability to identify more targeted donor communities.
