Engage Conference Spotlight: The C-Level Exec's View of the Nonprofit Sector’s Most Pressing Issues, Part 2
On April 10, FundRaising Success is hosting its second annual Engage Conference. Engage is the only case-study-focused fundraising conference focusing on the keys to success from organizations that have successfully made the leap from just-getting-by nonprofits to powerhouse organizations. Leading up to Engage, we will be highlighting content from the participating organizations and speakers that we've published over the years.
At the Direct Marketing Association Nonprofit Federation’s 2010 New York Nonprofit Conference, three top nonprofit executives joined moderator Tom Harrison, chair of Russ Reid and Omnicom's Nonprofit Group of Agencies, as well as chair of the FundRaising Success Editorial Advisory Board, to discuss these issues in a two-part session, “Cracking the Shell: Open Dialogue & Discussion With America’s Top Nonprofit C-Level Executives on the Sector’s Most Pressing Issues."
Here is what Angel Aloma, executive director of Food For The Poor; Danny McGregor, chief operating officer at Greenpeace; and Atul Tandon, executive director of the International Network and executive vice president of investor relations at United Way Worldwide, shared during the second part of the session.
Aloma will help present the Food For The Poor case study at Engage, as well as facilitate the "Building and Maintaining Passion in Your Fundraising Team" roundtables.
