FrontStream Launches New Integrated Fundraising Platform

FrontStream recently announced the launch of Panorama, an integrated fundraising platform that includes FirstGiving and Artez for peer-to-peer and online fundraising, BiddingForGood’s online and mobile auctions and GiftWorks Cloud, the company’s donor database.

According to company press release, Panorama can provide insights into donor behavior across all engagement touch points with a donor ID. The analytics and reporting warehouse powers the platform and makes reporting and analyzing data more simplified for fundraisers to view their donors’ engagement activities.

Nonprofits that use the platform can have unlimited records, which allows them to track volunteers, donors, members, activities and touch points, and can integrate with back-end CRMs. Additionally, the platform comes with a online training program and “a knowledge base of best practices” to help nonprofits with fundraising activities.
